JOB PURPOSE

As a Pricing Team leader, you report to Head of Strategic Pricing.

You will be responsible for the daily work of the pricing department. You will coordinate a team (3 people), participate to pricing operations and to the development of our current pricing processes within the Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

People management:

  • Coach and coordinate the work of the team
  • Provide them with support and feedback
  • Set-up and update KPI’s to evaluate operational performances.

Prices Analyses

  • Participate in the overall pricing strategy by providing feedback, insights, analyses on specific topics and collaborate to the development.
  • Gather and split the operational requests addressed to pricing among the team including you:
  • Prices analyses requested by other departments
  • Prices modifications and settings requested by the business
  • Impact analysis to support the strategic and operational needs
  • Follow-up of the requests, give feedback and provide support to the operational team when needed:
  • Control the quality of the analyses carried out by the team
  • Make sure that the global pricing strategy is implemented and followed up
  • Identify issues in processes and operations, provide feedback, and turn it into actionable solutions:
  • Suggest and define optimized processes
  • Project management (creation of business briefings, follow up and validation of tasks)

PROFILE

  • University degree with a Business / Commerce/ Marketing orientation
  • First experience in a strong analytical role is requested (audit, pricing, data analytics, actuarial services,… or equivalent)
  • A first experience in and taste for people management is required
  • Good command of English (oral and written)
  • High level analytical skills and excellent command of Excel
  • Ability to evolve in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Good team player
  • Affinity with processes,results-oriented
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry is an asset
