EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· Advanced knowledge of SharePoint and managing SharePoint portals
· Knowledge of IKM industry standards adopted by the Agency
· Working-level knowledge of MS-Office, Project, Visio


DUTIES/ROLE

  • Create and coordinate of Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) systems and processes of the Operations Centre
  • Lead the service line efforts to align and implement IKM best practices
  • Develop Information Management systems, processes and tools
  • Organize and coordinate of on-site and distributed learning related to IKM
  • Supervision and coordination of service, project staff supporting
  • OPSCEN IKM initiatives and services/projects
