Job descriptionWe are looking for a Process Engineer Manager, who will play a pivotal role for our client in collaborating with the global organization and project team members to implement required equipment, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mission:
You will act as the package owner of new technology from purchase order to handover to the MPU site, overseeing the delivery from the detailed design phase to the end of qualification. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, driving process reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, providing regular reports and feedback, reviewing and approving design documents, coordinating testing and qualification activities, and ensuring EHS rules are respected throughout all project activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for training end-users and maintenance teams, as well as ensuring correct systems implementation through SOP writing and assistance to the production team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
Speaking English and French
Experience with project management tools such as MS Office suite, MS Project, Techshare/Veeva, Siemens S7, Agora/Kneat
Familiarity with project documentation such as URS, P&ID, GA, Electrical scheme, FDS, FAT & SAT reports, IOQ protocol, and other transversal or legal documents necessary for handover
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work 2-3 days on-site with the possibility of homeworking
