This is an urgent contract working for a Pharmaceutical company in the Flemish region of Belgium.

You will be responsible for supporting local and regional procurement teams as well as providing compliance with procurement procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical reporting, and support Procurement teams.
  • Support monthly reporting cycles.
  • Manage Due diligence.
  • Periodically provide training to business requestors.
  • Support investigations of procurement deviations.
  • Manage Procurement system: maintain user access, user profiles, and troubleshoot issues.



Requirements:

  • BSc Degree in business management, life sciences, or similar.
  • Analytical experience and background.
  • Project management experience, though not essential.
  • English language skills
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and digital IT systems
