The Company
The company is an intelligence- and AI-driven company that gathers and interprets data through sensory devices in order to gain more insight in human behavior. They offer this platform as a service to their customers, many of whom are a part of the Fortune 500 (like Tesla, Spotify, etc.). Their goal is to create personalized engagement services and products using AI. Their team has rapidly grown to 60 people, spread over the US, UK, Canada, Lithuania and Belgium. Now they’re looking for a product manager to help strengthen their team!

The Job
As a product manager, you will be responsible for the designing, shaping and creation of whole new products that will help the company gain entirely new insights in their customers and their domain in general.
Furthermore you will also be expected to create a product strategy and define an actionable roadmap.
You will lead a cross-functional team in order to manage the product execution.
Defining the product requirements, delivery criteria and providing seamless collaboration with all of the stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities.
Finally, you will also have an influential role! You will manage and mentor the team that you will be leading.

Who are we looking for?
You have:

  • A bachelor’s in business (though a technical degree is also a possibility)
  • 5+ years of experience in product management in the software or data service industry
  • experience in Mobility or Banking industry
