Within our Personal Health Product Line, headquartered in Leuven, we want to capture the strong market growth in ICs and solutions for hearing aids and implants, consumer hearables and personal health monitoring applications within the health IoT.

Owing to our increased success, our business scope and product portfolio is expanding rapidly, thereby creating the need for additional marketing bandwidth to help shape our above-market growth.

In order to strengthen the product marketing team, we are looking for a Product marketeerto deepen our understanding of our target markets, further develop our partnerships within the various ecosystems, help drive business development and be involved in related Marcom activities.

Your responsibilities

As a Product marketeer you are responsible for:

Market analysis & modeling:

• making TAM/SAM estimations;
• keep track of growth drivers and perform market trend analysis;
• map out the eco-system;
• establish the various vendors with respective market shares
• perform competitive analysis including market share, product benchmarking and system BOM analysis

Partnership & business development:

• ODM / distributor / channel interaction and relationship building
• Support of Sales team at lead customers

Marcom activities:

• develop promotional material
• be involved in Trade-shows / demos
• setting up and giving Sales trainings

Your team

You will be part of an enthusiastic team of experienced product marketeers responsible for defining the growth strategy of the Product Line. Your role will involve both daily interactions with internal teams such as R&D, Sales, Marcom as well as external engagements with lead customers in the various market segments that we engage in.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have:

• MSc degree in Electrical, Electronics engineering or equivalent
• Having a MBA / commercial / product marketing degree, next to the Engineering educational background, is a big plus
• 3-5 years of work experience in a product marketing role preferably within a semiconductor (in micro-electronics domain or related) environment
• Strong presentation, documentation, communication and customer-facing skills

Furthermore, you are:

• Driven and passionate about product’s success
• a natural team player and obsessive to learn and gain experience
• analytical, independent, motivated, structured and organized
• excellent communication skills in English (verbal/written), and Dutch is a plus
• Ability to travel international (up to 10-20%)

What can you expect

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
