The function

As Product Marketing Manager, You are responsible for all launch activities and value messaging of your product(s). You have a deep understanding of your products, customers and target segments. You assure that product marketing activities are aligned with segment marketing and field marketing activities and that they support commercial objectives. . Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits are crucial in this role. Day to day, you work closely together with product management, presales specialists, sales enablement specialists, campaign managers and other roles in the segment marketing team team to activate the Clickshare value proposition globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • You own product lifetime communications, from launch to End-of-life/End-of-service.
  • You develop, project manage and implement innovative launch programs and enable the channel and regional teams to be successful.
  • You develop product collateral/tools, aligned closely with segment marketing and product managers, that communicate the product value proposition to different stakeholders. You work with sales enablement in the segments to develop segment solution specific material
  • You track the competition for insights.
  • You own the global marketing plan for your products, aligned with the segment marketing plan.
  • You are a product subject matter expert resource for the field marketing teams.

Your profile
  • You have proven experience in product marketing (preferably for B2B products and solutions) and are comfortable with technical products
  • Analytical with project management and planning skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing mix, marketing communication, communication channels, channels-to-market, and value messaging.

  • You have a high attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • You can grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
  • You have excellent presentation and communications skills (oral, written and visual)
  • You are creative and inventive
  • You have strong interpersonal skills to team with a variety of stakeholders and regions
  • You can manage a project and drive a cross-functional team towards completion.
  • You have expert level knowledge of your products and solutions as well as an understanding of the target segments
