You are responsible for all launch activities and value messaging of your product(s) and for identifying, developing and delivering sales tools that support interactions throughout the sales journey. You have a deep understanding of your products, customers, channel and target segments. You assure that product marketing activities and sales enablement tools support commercial objectives. You measure their effectiveness to demonstrate the success. You work with a cross-functional team of segment leaders, product managers and communications specialists to convey the value proposition of your products.

Key Responsibilities

  • You own product lifetime (HW & SW) communications, from launch to End-of-life/End-of-service.
  • You develop, project manage and implement innovative launch programs and enable the channel and regional teams to be successful.
  • You develop product collateral/tools, aligned closely with segment marketing and product managers, that communicate the product value proposition to different stakeholders.
  • Work with sales to determine the sales support tools needed. Identify the most effective assets and manage the creation of these assets.
  • You are responsible for correct presentation of our products on the Website
  • You check and validate all materials with our Regulatory team
  • Measure enablement activities to quantify the impact and success of materials and the overall program.
  • You track the competition for insights.
  • You own the global marketing plan for your products, aligned with the product marketing plan.
  • You lead the monthly Solutions Comms
  • Manage and support regular internal and external sales communications.
Who are we looking for?

  • Master degree (Bachelor)
  • Min. 5 years experience in similar role
  • Languages: English (other are extra)
  • Medical tools is extra
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
  • Tools:
    • Must haves:
      • Excel (advanced)
      • Power Point (experienced)
    • Nice to haves:
      • SFDC
      • Marketo (marketing automation)
      • Reporting tools
