How you will make an impact - Salesforce Regional Center of Excellence

At Ahold Delhaize, Salesforce is playing a key role for our operations. We are continuously improving our business processes to serve our customers better.

As a Product Owner Salesforce Service Cloud, you have an important role for Salesforce type projects. You will be based in our Brussels or Athens office in our Salesforce Regional Center of Excellence. We deliver regional solutions, also called Regional Templates for our brands in Belgium, Luxembourg, Greece, Serbia and Romania.

You Will Maximize The Customer Engagement Value To Our Customers As Well As Marketing And Service Agents In AholdDelhaize’s Brands
  • Consistently deliver fit for purpose solutions to our internal and end Customers
  • Sustain motivation and engagement with our Scrum Team and stakeholders
  • Discover and make visible the future product your customers are waiting for
  • Manage Product Backlog for maximum value and minimum effort
  • Continuously improve the product and processes
Are you the person we are looking for?

You Supplement This Ambition With

You will be working at one of the world’s largest food retail groups. We know you are bursting with the ambition to keep up with us.
  • Professional level of English with good communication skills
  • At least 3 years of prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledgeable about business process in customer service and support
  • Prior experience as a product owner, business analyst, application manager, functional analyst/lead or domain lead
  • Eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally
