Job description

To further extend the R&D lab services with focus on sustainable growth and increasing product portfolio, it will be our challenge to define future test cell requirements on Airpower level. As we have the intention to build a new test infrastructure on the Airpower premises, we are looking for a program leader
“New Test Infrastructure”.


As program leader you will need to come with a proposal of infrastructure and requirements applicable for the new testing infrastructure, therefore you need to:


  • collection all future needs from all engineering departments on site and evaluate which of those requirements fits into a commonly used facility and which should remain within the current test responsibility.
  • Evaluate today’s processes in the lab to identify necessary improvements.
  • contact suppliers and other companies to investigate
    • on current and future opportunities which should be integrated
    • new / other work / test methodologies.
  • Consult with the team Plant & Property to evaluate proposals and prepare for the different approvals.
  • You will be a member of the Airtec Engineering team and you will report to the engineering manager (FT).


Kennis / Knowledge

  • You have a technical background.
  • Knowledge on test infrastructure is beneficial
  • Experience as a project engineer in a technical environment is a must.
  • You communicate fluently (Dutch & English)


Opleiding / Education

Master or Bachelor of Structural Engineering or equivalent through experience.
