Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 1 year of experience in program management.
  • Typically 1 year of experience working as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler for mission critical facilities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party CMMS programs (e.g. Maximo).
  • Ability to develop long-term strategic maintenance plans and forecasts.
  • Ability to communicate with internal customers, external parties, and to address any issues.
  • Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors. Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of technicians and parts needed to perform maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.
  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
  • Manage the process of launching a CMMS solution at the site level used in the daily operation of our data centers.
