  • Project management: You will be leading, coordinating, and involved in the implementation of different international projects (IT projects / Green approach with solar panels…)
    • Implementation of project management tools (creating processes, follow-up with teams regarding all changes)
    • Realizing situational analysis to follow-up status’ projects
    • Coordinating and summarizing projects by clusters (Belgium & The Netherlands)
    • Setting up a dynamic relationship among all teams involved in the projects (Sales staff, HR, operational staff)
    • Be a support to call for bid
  • Continuous improvement / Lean management / Quality :
    • Setting up processes and auto controls
    • Follow-up the implementation of IT solutions / real-estate …
  • Performance Indicator / KPI:
    • Analyzing the operational and financial performance level of projects
    • Setting up indicators to measure projects’ progress and results
    • Automatization KPI production (HR, operational, quality, productivity…)
Business travels to The Netherlands will be frequently organized.More responsibilities to come depending on your motivation and the company environment !Profil
  • You are a fresh graduate in Project Management or Supply Chain or Methods & Continuous improvement
  • You have a first experience (internship, apprenticeship, summer job) and knowledge in Supply Chain or Methods & Process
  • You have already managed or been involved in a project (professionally or personally)
  • You are proactive, innovative, curious, and motivated!
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral in French and English) are needed to be in contact with different interlocutors within the company. If you would like to improve your level in English / practice your English, the position will be for you! Speaking Dutch is an asset.
  • You have an analytical mind – comfortable with using IT tools (Word, Excel, Access and Power BI) and you like data management and KPI
