The Project Coordinator role (OPS function) is part of the Connectivity Services Squad within the Infrastructure and Collaboration Services Tribe. It’s primary objective is the detailed planning and organisation for LCM related projects on Branches, HQ, RHQ networks.


The scope of Connectivity Services Squad is the WAN connectivity between BNPPF branches, (R)HQ and the BNPPF datacenters and (W)LAN connectivity at those locations, including network authentication and Remote Access.


Your job
Asset Owner HQ and RHQ network
  • Keeps service relationship with Proximus, Telenet and Colt (Service meetings)
  • Network inventory knowledge for HQ network (in Buildings)
  • Ordering and Invoice validations
  • PM (detailed planning and organisation) for LCM related projects Branches, HQ, RHQ networks
Finance
  • Invoice validation for connectivity services (all assets except branch connectivity)
  • Create all new purchase request in Spend tool + PRT
  • SPOC for Yearly Compass (Budget related) exercise for connectivity services
  • Budget creation and follow-up with PO and IPE Tribe
CMDB – Configuration Manager Role
  • CMDB subject matter expert
  • Configures all “Connectivity Services” assets in CMDB
