qualifications

profile:

min 7 years experience in pharmaceutical production, support of pharmaceutical products or closely related fields experience must be in production or support of parental products or a closely related field demonstrated ability to be the sme on strategic projects with large multi discipline teams
engineers: mechanical, biomedical or chemical engineering -> providing sound decisions with regard to product function, specifications, plant / equipment design and function
scientist: bachelor required, master preferred or phd -> understanding the component function, specifications, plant / equipment design and function
dutch & english speaker

excellent problem-solving skills
facilitate definition and implementation of technical strategic direction for the portfolio

key responsibilities

will help achieve the goals of the component control & optimization team to provider technical solutions to complex component issues and drive alignment to specifications, various regulations and industry guidance.
will ensure continuity of supply by driving toward zero defects on primary container components trough continuous improvement for both pfizer manufacturing and supplier processes. by serving as technical owner on identified packaging components and associated packaging technologies, will support cost improvement and risk mitigation projects to deliver the fundamental value proposition.
use sme knowledge to develop and deploy target and aligned component specifications and data assessment for the end2end data analytics process.
serve as a key technical representative for component related issues that can have significant business impact.
define strategic direction for component changes as a result of internal or external change.
develop communication packages on the direction and present for pfizer leadership.
during audits (fda) provide support to create component data packages.
develop strategic technical packages for global scale package changes to support process improvements in manufacturing operations.
