Discover how our value and unique position will make you choose Schneider Electric as (future) employer!For our Competency Center Medium Voltage division, we are looking for an“Project Engineer Medium Voltage” who works for the region of Belgium, based in Uccle.Your meaningful purposeProject team member or manage small projects, within a single business.Execute projects: plan, assess risks, monitor progress and budget.Manage complete job process from order preparation through financial close-outand provide technical support.Your Daily Task And Responsibilities
  • Analyze of specifications, customer needs, … Realization of technical and commercial propositions.
  • Managing moderate size customer MV project orders, from start to finish, so that it’s completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, achievable through consistent, regular and appropriate communication and reporting
  • Ensuring that effective coordination of project activities within the business and a good team focus is maintained with regards to the needs of the customer
  • Ensuring the launch of production of the right material and delivery on time with the client

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by qualification in an Electrical/electromechanically Engineering discipline
  • Experience in MV/LV switchgear is considered as a clear asset, solid electrical background and interest is a must
  • Proven ability to follow design processes and work to demanding timescales
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and being computer literate
  • Ability to communicate competently in Dutch and French (verbal & written) at all levels, and also have a knowledge of English
  • Excellent problem solving, time management, decision making and customer orientation skills
  • Highly proficient in reading, interpreting and writing of technical specifications
