About this vacancy

As a Project Leader, you’ll oversee challenging rail infrastructure projects, from planning to execution. You’ll coach your team, maintain key client relationships, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to drive technical excellence and contribute to transformative rail projects.

  • Lead and coach a dedicated project team to deliver on objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and services for project needs.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor and enforce safety measures and contractual compliance.

What we expect from you

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or as a project leader, preferably in construction or technical sectors.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Structured approach with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
  • Fluency in Dutch AND English
