Project Leader for GEMS at APP

For a smooth integration of SAP within the Yellow Plant (Portable Air PC Antwerp - APP), we are looking for a Project Leader.

The implementation will cover all business aspects within the different departments.

In this position, you will report to the VP Manufacturing for the Portable Air Division.

Mission

Your mission will be to lead the integration team towards the successful implementation of SAP in the Yellow plant.

For that you will work closely together with the GEMS project-team and representatives from all different departments within the company and the GEMS Lead PTBA.

It’s your responsibility to lead the change, deploy a risk assessment process and mitigate action plans to ensure timely integration within the budget.

What we expect of you?

Experience requirements

• Preferably experience as a project leader with proven results leading IT implementations and/or change management
• Good understanding of the Way We Do Things within the different departments of a product company.
• Inspirational and supportive people manager, able to motivate and bring a team to results
• Fluent in Dutch & English and excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels of an organization
• Experience with IT systems (ERP, MES, WMS) is a plus – especially SAP
• Good analytical capabilities

Educational requirements

Ideally a Masters or University degree in Information Technology or Engineering (although as a minimum bachelor’s) degree or similar through experience
