What you will be doing

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Technology Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead strategic initiatives that redefine the industrial landscape.

• Lead and oversee strategic projects that integrate digital technologies into industrial activities and processes.
• Employ expert knowledge to guide the implementation and utilization of digital solutions for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize strong language skills in English to communicate effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Utilize DevOps practices and Planisware tool knowhow to optimize project processes and outcomes.
• Provide operational excellence and digitalization consulting to drive transformative change.
• Apply AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) to manage medium to large-sized projects effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in creating and maintaining comprehensive project and program plans, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Exhibit a broad affinity with a wide range of digital technologies, showcasing a genuine interest in staying at the forefront of technological advancements

What we are looking for

• Proven track record in strategic project/program management within industrial domains.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with operational efficiency methodologies and a genuine passion for digitalization.
• PMP certification is a plus, highlighting your commitment to professional project management.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
• University degree in IT, sciences, engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT, sciences, engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging digital technologies to transform businesses.
