  Master degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a multi–functional change management projects
• Experience in leading operational outsourcing program, cross border
• Dedicated personality who has a positive attitude and thrives to work within a stressful & dynamic environment
• Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders and shown ability to lead and inspire individuals, teams and organizations
• Capability to meet deadlines and ability to report on Project progress
• Strong communicator, English full professional proficiency
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device industry
• Strong and in-depth knowledge on Project Management, Transformation Management, SAP, BPO and Lean Sigma
• Culturally sensitive, results driven, hands-on, excellent team player, self-starter and balanced mature personality

For this specific position, you will take full ownership of IGTD’s operations business outsource program 2021-2022. The project manager :

• Defines and drives all project activities to achieve timely milestone completion as per project plan(s)
• Drives BPO business process outsourcing and acceptance, ways of working & interfaces with business
• Manages all stakeholders and ensures inclusion of voice of customer, user community, business, markets, functions, countries, regulators and other key stakeholders
• Pro-actively recognizes and identifies current and future problems (related to either data, process, tooling and/or people), structures them and quickly translates them into solutions and opportunities using robust methodologies
• Builds strong relations with the business, markets and outsource partners
• Ensures that project based order processes meet customer expectations and resides within the Philips guidelines and compliance with local regulations, other regulatory requirements, company policies, SOX legal requirement, operating procedures and task assignments
