To support our development, we are looking for :

Project Manager IT (M-F)

Permanent contract

Responsibilities
In order to reinforce our project management team we are looking for 3 Project managers to manage one of the following projects :

  • A Production capacity increase as external consultant for a Vaccine manufacturer
  • An Innovative Robotic solution integration , Commissioning and qualification
  • IT Migration & Validation of laboratory software,
  • Challenges we will trust you with:
  • Organize and coordinate the necessary stakeholders up to the end of the project depending on the business/scope.
  • Lead and coordinate project team in related field of business and ensure guidance and support to the team.
  • Analyze and manage risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, EHS, ...)
  • Implement & Follow-up KPI’s
  • Act as main internal/external point of contact for the project execution.
  • In some cases, Manage EFOR-CVO and/or Customer ressources
  • Organize project closure.

Qualifications/Skills
A master’s degree in engineering or industrial sciences, Biology, IT or Automation
  • More than 2 years of experience in project management or coordination in an highly regulated environment, ideally Pharma, Medical device or Nuclear industry
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of ERP’s is an asset.
  • The drive to make things happen smoothly in a matrix organization with other people’s
resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Flexible and stress resistant with very good planning & organizing skills
  • Any training or certificate ( PMI, Prince 2 , LSS Green-belt … ) is welcome
  • Knowledge of MS Project is a plus
  • Understanding / Basic knowledge of Validation processes & Methodologies ( GAMP5 , V-
Model, ISO 8002-2, ISO 13 485 )
