Decathlon Marketplace is looking for a Project Manager in order to reinforce the EU project team.

Job Description

As Marketplace, we offer an online platform where third-party sellers can sell their products to consumers. We facilitate the transactions, payments, deliveries and offer them a great visibility on our Decathlon’s e-commerce platform.

As Project Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of projects, from the initial request to the final delivery of the solution. You will manage a wide variety of projects aiming to improve the experience of our customers.

YOUR SCOPE WILL BE VARIATE:

  • Your scope will handle Marketplace evolution in order to align the experience of the customers buying a Decathlon or Marketplace product. And work on topics such as omnichannel, invoicing, delivery, returns, means of payment, buybox, retail media,...
  • You will work hand in hand with other Marketplace PM, experts, Marketplace country leader, United teams and you will be led by the Marketplace PMO.

  • You gather input related to requirements and ensure all stakeholders and are actively involved.
  • You set up governance, communicate clearly about progress, timeline.
  • You ensure the quality of deliverables in order to meet the needs of the customers, teammates & partners.
  • You like issues because you are a Queen/King in finding solutions.
  • You can easily structure information for yourself and others.
  • You are familiar with working with several departments.
  • You make sure everyone knows what they have to work on.

SKILLS & MINDSET

  • Experience in project management or product owner role in e-commerce.
  • Agile mindset, you’re flexible & adapt easily.
  • Work with Confluence & Jira is a plus.
  • You have a helicopter view.
  • You learn quickly.
  • You have good communication skills and work closely with other departments.
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch; English is a must.
  • You are a team player.
