We are looking for a dedicated professional to take on the role of QA Engineer. The ideal candidate possesses a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of quality expectations and regulatory standards.

  • You are responsible for integrating quality standards to mitigate failure mode risks during risk-based assessments.
  • You ensure compliance of qualification activities through thorough review and approval processes.
  • You review and approve calibration and maintenance records, as well as certification master data.
  • You conduct evaluations of deviations related to systems to ensure quality and compliance are upheld.
  • You engage in maintaining a current knowledge of international regulations and industry practices related to system qualification.
  • You interact regularly with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and objectives for system qualifications.
  • You prepare for regulatory inspections and act as a spokesperson for QA qualification matters during audits.

What are we looking for?

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • You possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, cGMP regulations, and system qualification.
  • You have analytical thinking skills and are proficient in risk assessment methodologies.
  • You demonstrate collaboration and teamworking abilities.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or an equivalent field.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • You have specific knowledge of the Comet system and eStream.
  • You are familiar with document management systems such as TrüVault and training systems like Summit.
