Developing Quality Control procedure and Inspection & Testing Plans.
Developing quality control forms.
Reviewing the quality part of the Designs and Method Statements.
Supervising and coordinating the QC inspectors to ensure compliance with quality plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), implementing quality measures, and driving continuous improvement in these areas.
Reviewing and advising actions to be taken to address non-conformances related to quality. This involves evaluating the root causes of non-conformances, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring their effectiveness to prevent reoccurrence.
Can be back-up for (Senior) QC Inspectors.

Profile

Must be an Engineering Degree holder.
Minimum of 10 years experience in Dredging / Marine projects.
Ability to interface and interact with Management and Client representative at all levels.
Ability to work both at project and corporate levels.
