In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modern

machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.

SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka: the drones solutions unit!

Mission:

As a Quality Inspector at SABCA, you are responsible for safeguarding the quality of our products. Using various inspection techniques, you ensure that everything meets the high standards of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare approval dossiers and follow up on potential deviations from start to finish.
  • Inspect products after repairs.
  • Verify that our products meet customer requirements from the initial stages to the final inspection.
  • Set up measurement configurations and process measurement results into clear reports.
  • Document deviations by creating reports, marking non-conforming parts, and removing them from the process.
  • Perform final inspections to close production dossiers and ensure proper archiving.
  • Participate in production meetings and communicate with customers when necessary.
  • Keep internal and external departments informed about deviations and corrective actions.
  • Take responsibility at your level concerning the EN9100 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard.

Profile:

  • You have a technical education.
  • You may not yet have had the opportunity to gain experience in quality control, but you are eager to learn and have a strong interest in the aerospace sector, aircraft components, and aviation technology.
  • You are critical, analytical, and precise.
  • Experience with NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) is a plus.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You perform well under pressure and are stress-resistant.
  • You are proficient in common IT applications (MS Office).
