Functieomschrijving:
PURPOSE
Ensure that all delivered parts meet internal & customer requirements & follow up of the integrated management system requirements deployment & respect in the shopfloor to achieve the customer requirements for product safety, conformance, and reliability

RESPONSIBILITY

a)
Performing the quality control in the finished part according to customer specification
b)
Ensuring conformity to product requirements including the packaging
c)
Ensuring the respect of the non-conforming flow
d)
Ensuring that the traceability of the products is ensured throughout all the production stages
e)
Take decisions of the status of the product. Define if the part is ok or not ok
f)
Inspection, rework, and sorting of returned glass from the customers
g)
Manage the GP12 inspectors
h)
Respect the delivery planning for the final part
i)
Manage the GP12 storage with a monthly inventory

Profiel:
Education
Complete Secondary School
Complete Technical studies

Experience / Knowledge
·
Minimum 6 months of work experience in Quality inspection, ideally in the automotive industry.
