Are you looking for a challenging role where you can participate in the transition of the legacy quality management system in Materialise Medical to a new state-of-the-art integrated software system? Do you have an analytical mindset and good communication skills to work with different cross-functional teams? Then our Quality System Software Analyst position might be the one for you!

What you will do
  • Play a key role in the transition of Materialise Medical’s legacy quality management system to a new integrated software management system by becoming the technical expert and managing the configuration of the new software system
  • Interface with the external software management system technical support to understand the technical capabilities of the new software system and explore the available options to best suit the transition
  • Interface with the internal Materialise quality management system key users (process owners, development engineers, quality engineers) to understand their needs, explore opportunities for improvements, and configure the software management system to suit Materialise process flows
  • Be the main point of contact and guide users in the adoption of the new software management system: write work instructions, provide training, and support them with technical questions
  • Participate in procedure updates to adapt the current quality management system to the use of the new software management system
  • Organize technical change management together with the new software management system vendor and Materialise key users
  • Be responsible for internal communication and communication material about the new solution
  • Be part of the quality team in the medical business unit and interact with all functional teams
Your profile
  • You have good communication and writing skills in English
  • You are a detail-oriented person with a logical mindset who is comfortable with using software
  • You can review a multitude of ongoing matters and organize them structurally
  • You can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • You are familiar with project management methodologies and working with software
  • You possess at least a bachelor’s degree in information technology, technical disciplines, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus)
  • Motivated starters and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a related field is a plus but not a pre-requisite
