We’re seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Belgium. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all recruitment activities for a range of profiles across our offices in Belgium (Ronse & Antwerp).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Organizing recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System, including posting job adverts and screening candidates
  • Actively sourcing candidates for our vacancies via job boards, networking, social media, and other methods
  • Working closely with our recruitment partners in Antwerp and Ronse and providing feedback about vacancies and candidates
  • Conducting the first screening and scheduling the second interview with hiring managers
  • Effectively managing recruitment stages with all candidates, including feedback, offer, and facilitation of the onboarding process
  • Working closely with hiring managers and departmental directors to understand their recruitment requirements and influence them on recruitment decisions

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience within recruitment (agency or in-house) and several recruitment channels
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch (extra languages are a plus!)
  • Organizational skills and a good ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • A good team player but also the ability to work independently
