Our recruitment manager will be in charge of the sourcing, screening and hiring of qualified candidates that fit and strengthen this culture. As we are a growing company, you will have the chance to shape and set up the recruitment department. In this role you will work closely with the HR manager and the management of Cyclops. Employer branding, recruiting and improving the culture are part of your responsibilities.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

  • Acting as single point of contact for recruitment towards candidates, organizations and colleagues involved in the recruitment process and operational management.
  • Actively sourcing and screening of our future talent and building the necessary talent pools.
  • Guiding candidates through the full selection process from screening to hiring, providing excellent candidate experience.
  • Keeping record of actions in the recruitment database & providing regular reports to the management.
  • Participating in events such as job fairs and networking events at universities to actively build up relationships with potential candidates, trainees, freelancers and different organizations such as Alumni, universities, …
  • Organizing the internal job day in close collaboration with the HR and operational management.
  • Continuously improving processes and tools in recruitment aligned with best practices and new regulations.
  • Actively supporting in the onboarding process and handover to the HR manager.
  • Employer branding; the internal culture a company creates, based on their brand story and how employees live out the core values both internally and externally.

What we look for:

  • Good knowledge of English, Dutch and French. You read and write proficiently, and speak at a conversational level in all three languages.
  • Degree. You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
  • Experience. You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selections and/or marketing.
  • Ability to emphasize with others. You can put yourself in another person’s shoes and have excellent communication skills.
  • Fun. You are fun and want to work for a fun company. You are optimistic and always try to the see opportunities even in difficult situations.
  • Hard skills. You have a good knowledge of Office and have sourcing experience through LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Flexibility. You are able to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise and can overcome unanticipated changes.
  • Drive.You have a proactive ‘make-it-happen’ mentality and are endlessly energetic. You are target and result driven and have to ability to remain calm in stress situations.
