CBRE GWS is a division of CBRE which supports occupier clients of all sizes, through facilities.


We are looking for a Regional Account Manager (m/f) to join the team at Cisco in Brussels. For this position the candidate needs strong communication skills in English, French and Dutch. Without, we will not be able to proceed your application.


The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Client in the protecting of Client and Partner employees, property, revenue and assets in the EMEAR region

Reporting in to the Client Account Operations Director based in the UK.

Duties:

    • Responsible for managing the day-to-day CBRE & vendor service delivery to the Client contract including but not limited to
    • Managing the day-to-day performance of CBRE and vendor teams in their respective silos and bridging silos as appropriate
    • Managing discipline, compliance & service delivery across teams in area of responsibility
    • Ensuring CBRE and vendor teams comply with requirement related to training, ensuring that the service performance levels are maintained and where practicable exceeded
    • Managing vendor recruiting and staffing levels, ensuring that MSA obligations are met and maintained, including relief personnel
    • Managing good financial housekeeping, ensuring that Client and the vendor financial obligations are complied with
    • Managing the communication between the vendor team and their off-site management team
    • Hold regular meetings on site with the vendor teams and the off-site vendor management team
    • Host vendor and Client meetings and prepare required administration, including minutes, presentations etc
    • Ensure that agreed uniform and other baseline standards are complied with
    • Ensure vendor assignment instructions are accurate and in date
    • Ensure published Client policies, procedures and/or operations instructions are complied with by the vendor team
    • Manage welfare decisions on behalf of the vendor team and have the authority to expedite immediate resolution
    • Any other duties agreed between Client and the vendor management company

Profile:

  • Fluent local language & at least intermediate English in speaking and writing is a must
  • The ideal candidate will require excellent relationship, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A background in Facilities Management is preferred, however, more essential are leadership and managerial skills. As such candidates from associated areas such as Estates Management or those who previously had a single-discipline bias in relevant fields (in Engineering, EHS, Catering etc) will also be considered favourably
  • There is a requirement to maintain and/or build relationship management with Cisco and Partners’ internal departments
  • Requires management and development of the vendor budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • BA or other equivalent qualification or experience required
  • Proven relationship development and management experience required
  • Corporate Security Management Programme (CSMP) Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or other professional certifications will be treated as advantage
  • Government or Law Enforcement background helpful but not required. Private sector experiences a significant plus, especially in the high-tech industry
  • Champion the Client’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) volunteer employee Emergency Response Program and become an active member
  • Able to earn trust, develop self and others
  • Must embrace and act as an ambassador for the RISE values of CBRE
  • Will perform other duties as required to support CBRE & Client initiatives and collaboration teams
  • Transformational leadership: lead change; lead thinking; lead people
  • Must be a confident public speaker
  • Good written communicator
