What about the role?

Together with your team of store managers you are committed to bring the best out of your region by
  • driving top-line sales and bottom-line profit targets by increasing the m² productivity for all Retail stores within your regional responsibility
  • driving all retail KPIs ensuring country goals are achieved
  • putting the bar high when it comes to customer service
  • working closely with visual merchandising to ensure the companies visual direction is executed to the highest possible standards and to guarantee perfect in-store merchandise in order to drive Retail business
  • developing your team through coaching and leadership skills.
  • working closely with HR to define and implement development needs and identify future competent gaps
  • communicating effectively and optimizing alignment between all needed Retail & cross functional parties (Marketing, Finance, HR and the supporting teams in the European Head Office)
  • working closely with the Head of Retail to continue to optimize the Retail store portfolio to create a sustainable and profitable retail P&L (openings, rebuilds, closings, etc.)
Who are you?
  • You are a passionate retailer with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in fashion
  • you have a deep comprehension of the overall retail processes
  • you are a true people manager, empathic by nature and firm when needed
  • you are energetic and inspiring
  • you are “the great communicator”, not only with your direct reports, but also with the supporting departments (Marketing, Finance, HR, and the supporting teams in the European head office)
  • and last but not least, you speak and write French, Dutch and English perfectly.
