Working for Evergreen Garden Care you, as Regulatory Affairs Officer BENELUX, will be part of an international Team. Your main responsibilities are:
- Work with the BNL commercial team to support and drive their portfolio and NPD from a regulatory perspective.
- Manage and maintain the plant protection/biocide/fertiliser registrations Benelux, Luxemburg and the Netherlands.
- Work with the International team in the submission of new or renewal registration dossiers for plant protection products and Biocides.
- Create and prepare local documentation such as MSDS’s.
- Monitor changes in legislation such as Sustainable Use of Plant Protection Products Regulation/National Action Plans, CSS, CLP, REACH, Explosive Precursor, Aerosol Directive etc. from an EU and BNL perspective and communicate.
- Work with the local sales/distributor and marketing team to sign off on labels, catalogues and advertising etc. from a regulatory perspective.
- Advise the business on registration strategies for any local regulatory changes such as National Action Plans or Decrees.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and actively participate in industry associations.
- Supporting Purchasing/Supply Chain with market knowledge and sourcing of third party products.
- Supervision as necessary of contractors.
- Preparation and responsibility for Benelux Regulatory Affairs budget.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Higher degree e.g. MSc or PhD (preferred)
- At least 5 years’ relevant regulatory experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, precise administrative methodology and good leading qualities.
