What do we expect from you?

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Tests, maintains and repairs the company’s shuttle systems at customer sites, coldstores included.
  • Assists customers, end-users and integrators with L1 and L2 service at the stow Robotics’ helpdesk on the phone and through remote connection.
  • Provides customer training in classroom and hands-on settings.
  • Assists the commissioning team to successfully commission Atlas2D systems on the phone, through remote connection and on site when necessary.
  • Detects and reports commercial Service opportunities (spare parts and service packs).

Your profile

  • Bachelor Electromechanics or relevant experience
  • Available to travel short periods abroad (maximum Monday-Friday)
  • English required, French – Dutch is a strong plus
  • Computer skills: MS Office + Teams, willing to learn custom software packets
  • Social, eager to learn, customer focused mindset
