We are looking forward to a Technical Lead RPA / RPA scriptor for several of our clients (permanent position as a consultant or internal). This role can be based in Antwerp, Brussels or Lille (France).

Experience in this field is a strong plus.

Your responsibilities

· Drawing up, maintaining, communicating and implementing assessment standards for drawing up Business Case and design principles, conventions and best practices.

· Develop, communicate and implement approach to code review and reporting,

· Review and give feedback on technical design,

· Development and management of the roadmap, including advice on gaps in existing technology and capabilities,

· Point of contact for security, IT infrastructure, Process management, ...

- Guiding projects: upgrade Automation Anywhere, guiding colleagues in the field of agile working.

· Collect of information from the stakeholders involved in order to identify the different process flows and optimization options,

· Responsible for the functional screening, scripting and subsequent implementation of the robots,

· Monitor the quality of the code and testing. Subsequently, also responsible for the reporting and documentation of the processes to be robotized and the progress of the test results. Detect risks and opportunities and discuss them with stakeholders,

· "Change agent" to smoothly implement the robotized processes / activities. Guide the employees and provide training and work instructions to ensure that they work correctly with the robotized processes.

Your experience

You have a master’s degree or have built up equivalent experience,

You are fluent English and in Dutch or French,

You have a first experience in the field of RPA,

Experience with agile working is a plus,

You have experience with user acceptance testing and have knowledge of and experience in scripting technology, tools and languages. (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, Visual Basic scripts, Javascript, .Net, ...)
