About the job
You will be part of "The Power Technique" department which provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile compressors, pumps, light towers and generators, along with several complementary products.
Power Technique innovates for sustainable productivity in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, oil and gas and exploration drilling.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Engineer will be:
- You prospect enthusiastically for new customers to increase our market share and identify the right applications for your products.
- You manage a portfolio of existing customers in order to maintain and if possible, increase your presence.
- You provide your customers with quotes and technical advice
- From your commercial skillset you are able to quickly identify customer needs and link the right solution to them.
- You independently develop, follow up and complete projects and opportunities
- You work closely with the other Sales Engineers in your region in search of synergies
- You work closely with Marketing to run the right campaigns, as well as with the support functions
- Your goal is to make the company first in mind, first in choice in the world of compressors, generators, battery packs, ...
About the ideal candidate
- You have a master’s degree, preferably in electromechanics.
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or as a technical sales person.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English with a good level of French.
- You are passionate about industrial and productivity solutions.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are autonomous
