Our client provides service to his international customers, mainly including distilleries located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland as well as Mexico, Australia, Jamaica, ...

Why we need you?
The company experiences a massive growth and success and needs a Sales Assistant to work alongside the Senior Partner to help him in the expansion of the business and in day-to-day tasks.
Description of the function
What will you do?
As a sales & logistics assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of sales and deliveries :
- You receive orders from customers by mail, telephone.
- Depending on available stocks, you contact the various suppliers and ask for offers and delivery times.
- You send the quotation to the customer. Once the order is confirmed, you carry out the shipment. To do this, you have knowledge of shipping.
- You check the terms and conditions for international shipments. You also request quotes for transport and keep the costs under control.
- You send the order via the best solution considering prices and delivery times. You organize the transport (rail, sea, air, road, ...) and follow the delivery.
- You are in charge of updating the customer files and the stock.
- As a good salesperson, you are also able to "sell" your company.
- You inform customers who have questions. In collaboration with the manager, you draw up commercial offers and send them to the interested parties by telephone, post, or e-mail.
- You are also responsible for the after-sales follow-up
- You prepare various reports at the request of the management
- You are always looking for new suppliers. You conduct research and order samples in order to be able to offer new products to customers.
- You propose ideas for special occasions (end of year parties, ...).
- 4 to 5 times a year, you participate in trade shows in Paris, Berlin, London
With whom:
Daily, you will work with a wonderful team of 4 people. You will work closely with two partners, a trainee and an accountant in shared offices. In short, during the week, you will meet about 30 people.

Profile description
