Your mission


As a Sales Ops Specialist, your goal is to provide analytical insights on operations and messaging to our sales team, driving overall sales performance.

You will report to one of our EMEA Sales Managers.

Your responsibilities


  • As a data-driven internal advisor, you analyze various quantitative and qualitative indicators to deliver actionable insights to the EMEA Sales Manager and your team.
  • You work autonomously and in an agile way.
  • You identify opportunities for performance optimization of sales team members. Essentially, you help the Sales Manager coach his team… You are the “sales whisperer”!
  • You help us continuously improve our sales process and sales training approach.
  • You take ownership of internal training materials and documentation.
  • You collaborate with Sales Ops in our other European and American teams.
  • You take ownership over the sales technology toolstack.



Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an analytical role (Sales Ops, RevOps, BI,...).
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Master degree.
  • You can work from our Antwerp office 4 days a week.
  • Fluent in English (no other language requirement!).
  • Experience with Sales enablement tech is a plus.
