Who are you?

You are a strong communicator and like to be in contact with people at different levels of an organization. Sales supports also need to be flexible and able to deal with unexpected tasks.

Who are we?

The Sales Support team is part of our dynamic Sales environment, which has grown strongly the past few years and requires additional support nationally and internationally. Together with two highly experienced colleagues, you’ll relieve the Sales team from administrative tasks and help them to stay in sync with the delivery of the contracts they sell. By supporting our presales, you will also be a key part of the success of delaware and of the future of our company.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but the headquarters of the Sales Support team are located in Kortrijk. You normally work three days per week from our main office there (during lockdown you are able to work fulltime from home), while also enjoying all the benefits of working in an international consultancy firm (e.g. flexible hours, working from home, challenging assignments and room to grow in your function).


What will you be doing?

As a sales support, you will:

  • manage sales leads that come in via the delaware lead generation app and lead mailbox, after which you give them a quality check in CRM and follow up on them together with your sales and business colleagues.
    • offer SAP Alliance management support by registering leads and presales dossiers on the SAP Platform and following up on S-user administration.
  • When a presales case is won, you will upload the reference case and proposal in our internal databank and add the contract digitally to our Central Contract Vault.
  • manage contracts digitally through the Contract Vault and archive physical copies of paper contracts.
  • support the Sales team by making up contracts, offering assistance with digital signing (DocuSign) and support public tendering.

  • have Bachelor’s degree in Office Management and Communication, or do you have the necessary experience, all-round administrative skills and basic computer skills? Then look no further!
  • combine strong organizational skills with a keen interest in business relations? You are very organized in your work and a detailed planning or Excel sheet is one of your strong suits.
  • are communicative, sociable and a tad assertive? We are a very close bunch who like to bond over lunch, at the coffee machine, or during fun team activities. You’ll fit right in because you dare to pick up the phone to get things done quickly.
  • can express yourself well in English, French and Dutch? Great! This is important to communicate with your colleagues across the country.
  • can work independently in a structured environment, take ownership of your work and show initiative in a flexible and international environment? Then delaware can offer you the workplace of your dreams!
