????We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Trainee to join our sales team. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who is eager to evolve within our organization, showcasing exceptional performance and adaptability.
In a first instance, he/she will assist and give support to the Sales Team for the sale’s administrative tasks and for the sales processes. Collaborate with the key account manager team to develop a long-term relationship with the customers and reporting to a Key Account Manager.
As part of our commitment to your professional growth, based on your development and achievements, you will be entrusted with increasingly valuable tasks. This progression will include involvement in Account management, negotiations, and sales analysis, paving the way for potential future roles such as Brand Manager, Key Account Manager (KAM), Supply Chain Specialist, or Category Manager within our organization.

???? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Regular activities:
- Finance:
- Encoding of commercial conditions (on and off invoice)
- Communication of the monthly turn-over
- Administrative support for the commercials conditions
- Management of clients claims
- Communication of new prices and Recommended Sales Prices (+ follow-up of new prices in different stores)
- Invoice management
- Product:
- Management of the product data sheets
- Ensures communication changes to the customers
- Management of sample requests (for the folder and innovations)
- Coordinates the input of products in the global file
- Management of different assortments in XTEL
- Management of the product technical file and pictures for clients
- Promotion:
- Management of promotional proposals
- Follow-up of customer confirmations (internal and with customers)
- Participation in the sales meeting
- Coordination: Sales Team
- Sales: Promo file
- Internal Customers satisfaction.

- Minimum level of education and professional experience needed:
- Bachelor’level in Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Management or equivalent through experience
- Candidates with a first experience in a relevant field (preferably FMCG) are of course welcome
- Fluent French/Dutch and English is an important plus
- Required skills business / technical knowhow to perform in the job:
- Interested in the food sector
- Team spirit
- Positive and commercially oriented, Internal customer Partnering
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Microsoft Office package is a must
