Security Asset Manager

As a Security Asset Manager you will be responsible for supporting: Access Control, CCTV, Radio Communication and Innovative technologies.

This role is based in Belgium which has a landscape of 5 sites and 1 Headquarter, remotely controlled by one access control & co systems, more than 100 buildings, 13 MPU / 2 SPU, 15.000 internal clients, about 100.000 annual visitors, one emergency dispatching center (security operation center) & the Belgium R&D center.

Business Operation Support:

• Develop and Maintain an “Operational Support Model” to ensure an efficiency performance and robustness on Security Asset Management.
• Manage the daily operation maintenance L2 follow-up in relationship with all operational support contracts services partners.
• Drive to assist closely Business to resolve technical issues or to support business for any concern’s request about Security Asset technologies.
• Monitor Efficiency Performance by the establishment of KPI’s on calls management; Development of proposals improvement to increase robustness of process; technologies; …
• Ensure good applicability of procedures EHS-Quality-… aspect by our partners.

• Manage and monitor core training matrix; and some major documents: eg. ARCS or specific work permit edition link to Security Asset Management.

• Responsible to develop and maintain a technical maintenance central documentation into the service.
• Create; Adapt or Improve Vision for maintenance service model to support business needs in alignment with the GSK strategy.

Lifecycle Management:

• Manage and Maintain a park of Security Asset up-to-date in terms of Lifecyle Management.

-Assist the Lead of Technological Security pillar to insert this part into the Global Roadmap definition for a long-term vision on Security Asset strategy. -Implementation of Innovative technologies and systems to enhance operational effectiveness and operational standards.

• Ensure Benchmarking and technologies watch on Security Asset System and equipment.

Project Management:

• As Project Manager PM, execute the Portfolio of Security Asset Technological project:

- Ensure the good applicability in terms of initiation and execution phases, based on our Project Management Framework - PMF processes: Conceptual Design - Basic/Detail Design - Execution - Handover Phases, financial and core mission aspect are covered.

- Manage follow-up of major’s triggers EHS - Quality - Budget and Schedule.

- Work closely in collaboration with key internal & external partners: Procurement; Contract Management - BU units.

- Ensure follow-up and reporting status to our different governance board (e.g.: Steering - PRB -…).

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Engineering degree or Bachelor or recognized as an expert with 3- 5 years
• Knowledge of GMP regulated, Pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
• Working experience required in project management and associated tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Fluent in French and English – both written and spoken.
