Our solutions include SOC services, backup solutions, firewalls, antivirus software and more.

Job Description:

As a Security Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for consulting, designing, implementing, and managing advanced security solutions for our clients. Your focus will be on a broad range of IT security solutions, including AD Management and Audit, ITSM, ITOM, UEM, PAM, EDR, SOC solutions, and other cybersecurity technologies. As part of the role he needs to report into the engineering manager and collaborate with internal team members to have a good delivery to our customers. Sertalink is an exclusive partner for ManageEngine in Belgium and Luxembourg and works with leading security vendors to provide comprehensive IT protection.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities:Assisting clients in selecting the right security solutions based on their specific needs, including ManageEngine, Fortinet, SentinelOne, and other cybersecurity technologies.
  • Designing and implementing security architectures that protect clients’ IT infrastructures.
  • Configuring, testing, and optimizing various security solutions, such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SOC environments, and access management.
  • Providing technical support to clients in resolving issues related to IT security products.
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and developments in IT security.
  • Proactively advising clients on security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to deliver projects onsite for customers and must be flexible to travel within Belgium and Luxembourg.

Profile:

  • You have a degree in a technical field such as computer science, network technology, or security.
  • You have at least two years of experience in implementing and managing IT security solutions.
  • Knowledge as an addon of security solutions such as ManageEngine, Fortinet (firewalls, VPNs), SentinelOne (endpoint protection), SOC solutions, and other cybersecurity technologies is a strong plus.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proactive, customer-oriented, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, French language skills are appreciated.
