As the local expert in digital transformation, you plan and organize cross-functional project teams and develop plans to execute strategies to meet business needs. You use your technical foundation and knowledge of the local strategy to drive digital transformation.

How You Will Contribute

In collaboration with cross-functional partners, you will help develop and execute the local digitalization agenda and lead initiatives according to agreed priorities. You will help deploy capital digitalization projects, ensuring they stay on budget, with senior supply chain leaders. In addition, you will work with local engineering teams with digitalization projects and topics, monitor project progress during project development and participate in optimization efforts, incorporating feedback learnings for general adaptation for other engineering teams. You will also participate in a digital community of practice, contributing your expertise. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate your knowledge of your technological area of expertise and develop more in-depth technical knowledge and demonstrate your highly refined influencing and presentation skills.

What you need to know about this position:

This person will aprox 25% time SPOC and 75% Automation Proj engineer.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Education / Certifications:

University Degree or equivalent further education qualification in relevant discipline.

6+ years of Project Management experience is required

Proven Project Management Skills Required

Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

60% travel requirement

Qualified in IL6S with focus on IIM is required

’Background in Industrial Networks/Automation & Control/Electrical Distribution Systems - ideally within food or FMCG industry

Electrical Engineering (or Other Relevant) Degree Or Eqivalent Experience

A broad appreciation of Industrial Networks, Electrical, Automation and Control in a relevant FMCG industry

Experience of managing capital projects and working within project teams

Software experience: Microsoft Office Tools, PLC Programming Tools, Network Config Tools, Project management software and ERP systems
