For our new communications agency working in the European area, we are looking for a new, experienced resource who will be responsible for organizing events in Belgium and abroad and in the food & wine sector.

Required skills and experiences:

  • previous and proven experience of at least 4/5 years in event organization
  • event budget management
  • management and coordination of suppliers
  • report writing and follow-up
  • excellent organization of work by priorities
  • Proficient knowledge of English (written and oral) C1
  • ability to work in a team
  • accuracy and problem-solving
  • good stress tolerance
  • willingness to travel abroad

Type of events: organisation of fairs, workshops, food weeks (organisation of menus based on food products in restaurant), organisation of tastings (in supermarkets, superstores, etc.).

Type of contract: part-time (20 hours) on a permanent basis
