Missions:
As a leader in a Network team of more than 10 experts you will be a key element of Foundation Services, strong of his 30 collaborators based on 3 countries, supporting the infrastructures: Network, Storage, Backup, Virtualization & IT Room Facilities.

Coordinator of the Network Team Brussels based, you will be also responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, and operating communication networks within the European Parliament.

Lead and manage the team effectively, ensure appropriate allocation of work to optimize productivity and to meet agreed milestones in terms of scope, quality, and cost
Report tasks in relation with the Luxembourg Network Team lead
Ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for the users
Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and identify Network related problems within the following domains: LAN, WAN, Wifi
Participate in team collaboration to share engineering efforts, technical challenges, and breakthroughs
Work with vendors and team members to troubleshoot issues related to the operations (Problem management).

Profile:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in network technologies
Experience in leading a team of IT specialists in a critical business environment would be appreciated
Acts as a subject matter expert and expertly articulates solutions through written or verbal methods
In-depth demonstrable skills in system and functional analysis and problem diagnostic, capability of producing high quality specification and documentation
Leadership experience - strong minded and tenacious problem solver with the ability to keep a team united and working with empathy and maturity
Demonstrated ability for good communication (oral and written) to all levels of the organization
Good resistance to stress
French and English are mandatory

Technical skills:
CCNP Enterprise, Cisco Technologies or equivalent knowledge
Wireless knowledge
Security knowledge (Authentication, Firewalls, Proxies, Reverse Proxies, VPN...)
