  • Participates to all relevant Project meetings, acts in close relationship with his Purchasing colleagues to pool actions et to bring maximum efficiency to purchasing actions for the benefit of the project.
  • Makes the purchased BOM components Project synthesis (Quality, Planning, Cost) for all successive sample needs and the corresponding purchase orders.
  • Leads and/or participates to the RFQs related to the Project needs: collects the logistic and technical specifications and supports their constructions, sends the RFQ files to suppliers and analyses their answers with the commodity buyers (chemistry, mechanics, electronics,…) and R&D team, ensures that all component validation tests are well planned and exploited, prepares the supplier choice decisions with the commodity buyers.
  • After supplier selection, makes the purchase orders and masters the contract execution till the battery start of production (economical and technical evolutions, planning and delivery respects….)
  • All along the Project time (before RFQ, during RFQ and after supplier selection), follows up and masters the Project BOM cost.
  • Ensures the feedback of his project to the Purchasing team.
ProfileKnowledge/Know How
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in purchasing. Project experience in the chemical industry.
  • Diplomas: Master degree in purchasing a/o technical fields
  • Languages: English, French as a plus

  • Quick reporting and sharing of information with Project and Purchasing teams
