Job description:

We are looking for a new colleague in the Quality department at our plant facility in Lommel or in Witten.

Your tasks:

Responsible for the ISO9001 Quality Management System and Certification: design, implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO9001. Lead and facilitate the ISO9001 audit and certification processes for the operations plant in Lommel and the business unit processes
Responsible for the quality auditing process: manage VDA6.3 auditing process, create and maintain transparency in the overall auditing program, lead and manage teams of internal auditors and QMS Engineers in the different locations in the business unit
Responsible for the PDCA continuous improvement processes: owner of the continuous improvement database (audit findings, assessments and lessons learned), drive CIP actions towards closure
Contribute to APQP4wind: coordinate practice sharing and standardization across all plants, document APQP4Wind best practices, ensure continuous embedment of APQP4Wind in GDPEP, act as a key contact towards external organizations
Contribute to quality business processes and procedures: review, implement and ensure adherence to ZF Directives, optimize and standardize business process through documentation, owner of the core quality procedures (Deviation handling, NCC,…)

Your profile:

Knowledge of ISO9001, APQP(4Wind) and VDA6.3
Process approach, process modeling competency, risk-based thinking, problem solving skills
Knowledge in document control, lean management
Knowledge of all domain processes is an asset
Excellent communication and networking skills in English (other languages are a plus)
