Effective IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) enables organizations to strengthen their governance and risk management, enhance their economic business value, as well as capitalize on opportunities and reduce losses through informed decision making and supporting tech solutions.
KPMG’s IT GRC, a service line of Advisory, is a team of internal control specialists, ERP security experts and IT auditors working as trusted advisors to clients in government agencies and industries globally.
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a driven (Senior) Advisor with focus on ServiceNow IRM:
  • You have hands-on experience in setting up ServiceNow IRM
  • You have knowledge of a risk organization and it’s three lines of defense and knows his way around Governance Risk & Compliance topics.
  • Assist clients in setting up monitoring processes & tools (ServiceNow IRM);
  • Building and managing excellent client relationships across a range of clients;
  • Developing internal networks and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues across KPMG;
  • Help coach and train team members to grow the ServiceNow IRM knowledgebase of the team;
  • Continuous growth of knowledge around the ServiceNow IRM/platform through certifications, internal/external webinars, case studies, training, community and other resources.
Optional:
  • Identifies new opportunities and develops these with existing- and new clients, leading and or / contributing to the development of proposals for ServiceNow IRM

Skills & Qualifications


Your skills & qualifications:
  • You hold a Master’s degree; (or have a Bachelor degree and the equivalent in practical experience)
  • Minimum of two years of experience (Advisor) or four years of experience (Sr. Advisor) in ServiceNow IRM
  • You have certification in ServiceNow IRM
  • Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge;
  • You quickly understand the client environment and identify client business requirements;
  • You are a functional, analytical, team-player, proactive, highly committed and have a problem solving mind set;
  • You can work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership and responsibility;
