Site QA Coordinator

In your role you report directly to the Central Europe QA Manager and functionally to the Site Operations Manager. You are responsible for all requirements to comply with all quality standards of the company, as well as the continuous improvement of food safety and hygiene in relation to the products, the operation and the workers.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure food security and hygiene throughout operation
• Introduce, coordinate, update, develop and improve of standards and health conditions in operation
• Personnel training especially for quality and hygiene, as well as training on standards
• HACCP team responsible - coordinate, test, update and document of the HACCP plan and the hygiene plan
• Responsible for compliance with and updating of BRC, IFS, FSC22000 certifications or other certification systems (Halal, Kosher, MSC, RSPO, …)
• Processing of complaints, their validation, root cause analyses and corrective measures. Inform customers in case of questions.
• Follow-up the implementation of corrective actions to operators and provide specific training when needed.
• Responsible for customer / supplier communication, regarding quality related questions.
• Provision of information in relation with the preparation of the Management Review
• Follow up of the Food law legislation
• Support of the Technical Documentation Department
• Participate in implementation of improvement projects, new equipment installation, new systems, new process in relationship with Food Safety, Quality and Hygiene.
• Guarantee Solina Group’s Policies, Procedures and/or Instructions for Quality, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Environment are fulfilled.

Your profile:

In order to successfully carry out the above responsibilities,

• You have a Master’s degree in Bio-engineering or other food-related Bachelor degree complemented by work experience in food.
• You have a thorough knowledge of quality management systems, BRC, IFS, FSSCC 22000.
• You have good communication skills in English.
• You are a born people manager with a positive attitude who values confidentiality and integrity and you like working ’on the field’ to have frequent contract with the operators.
• Finally, you have an analytical and conceptual mindset and you can work in a fast-pace environment.
