Service Sales works with multiple functions in an international environment to deliver on Vestas "profitable growth" strategy.

Purpose and reason for the existence of the job

The Vestas Offshore Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines in multiple windfarms in the North Sea within the Netherlands and Belgium. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in management activities such as billing, management of expense note purchases, purchases and supplies and mail management
  • Ensure customer contact 
  •  Administrative support
  • Update the technical training database for technicians
  • Registering of technicians and subcontractors into the customers platforms
  • Make PowerPoint presentations for the Service Department
  • Update the operational portal on the group’s intranet 
  • Plan the integration programs for new employees in the Service department
  • Respect and enforce Quality, Safety, Environment standards

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of English required
  • Advanced knowledge of the Pack Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Outlook and Internet
  • Experience with SAP
  • Good attention to detail and execution of great work ethic
  • We are looking for a person who is involved and rigorous, knows how to take initiatives, manage several files at once, and above all who likes to work as a team

Competencies

  • Good communication skills
  • Good organizational & time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to other sites for training when required.
