  • 12+ years of success in consultative deployment projects, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of data and analytics solutions
  • SnowProCertification (Mandatory)
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing offshore teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a Master’s degree plus or a Ph.D. plus 3-4 years of relevant experience in SNOWFLAKE and DBT is mandatory
  • Understanding of enterprise data management concepts (Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Sharing, Data Applications)
  • Hands-on development Design and Develop applications using Snowflake (preferably on AWS)
  • Responsible for technical design, writing, support, and operations of efficient, scalable, and extensible data integrations and ingestions and participated in architecture and design efforts.
  • Conduct PoCs for new technology exploration e.g., DBT for implementing SCD
  • Understanding of enterprise data management concepts of (Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Sharing, Data Applications
  • Experience in Snowflake Architecture including Snow SQL, Performance tuning, Compute, and Storage
  • Expertise with Snowflake concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse, query performance tuning, zero-copy clone, time travel, and understanding how to use these features.
  • Experience in Data Migration to Snowflake cloud data warehouse
  • Expertise in using various data sources like JSON, Parquet, ORC, etc.
  • Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for one or more technology domains.
  • Collaborate with the customer’s operations and technology leadership on the future analytic goals of the organization and design a technical architecture to meet those goals. Participate in configuring the architecture and advise engineering teams on its efficient use.
  • Develop scalable production-ready data integration and processing solutions.
