Your mission

As a Software Designer Mechatronics, you are responsible for the development of stable and maintainable software. You contribute to the development and manufacturing of optical inspection tools. Your tasks consist of:

  • Design and develop the software for different machines
  • Write algorithms for image processing and data processing in C++
  • Program the control of the machinery
  • Implement Graphical User Interfaces
  • Review designs and specifications in accordance with the functional specifications
  • Work closely together with colleagues from other disciplines

Your experience

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Sciences or Informatics or Electronics) with minimal 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of development methodology, software analysis, testing
  • Knowledge & insights on machines (mechanics/mechatronics) is a big plus
  • Knowledge and experience in programming in C++
  • Experience in development of software for controlling machines or image processing
  • Knowledge of Qt, Scrum or Boost is a plus
  • Fluent in English
